The Mail Subsystem portlet is a part of the enterprise portal and automates processing of hand written letters, emails and phone calls.

The work-scope includes:

• Building Scanned Letters. This portlet allows to upload package with scanned Img and OCR text letters, list packages with processing errors and status, review associated with letters Img and start letter creation process.  
• Building NCP Letters Poetlet. It shows the current letters that people are working on.
• Building NCP Letter Builder Portlet. It provides functionality for processing letters in system.
• Building Phone Call Portlet. It handles phone calls as incoming messages in system.
• Building Email Correspondence Portlet. It automates work with email correspondences from associated email accounts.
